NAVIGATION DATA

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in normal operation and only for the duration of the connection, some data that are implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected for the purpose of associating it with users. However, by their very nature, they could allow them to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties.   • invitation, also via e-mail, for participation in training courses, conferences, events, exhibitions, etc. organized by the Owner.

  • company to which they belong

  • mobile phone number

METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data will be processed in paper, computerized and telematic form and inserted in the relevant databases (customers, users, etc.) to which the employees expressly designated by the Data Controller as Data Processors and Persons in charge of data processing will be able to access, and therefore learn about them. personal, who will be able to carry out consultation, use, processing, comparison and any other appropriate operation, including automated, in compliance with the provisions of the law necessary to guarantee, among other things, the confidentiality and security of the data as well as the accuracy, updating and relevance of the data with respect to the declared purposes.

The Data Controller processes personal data relating to the User on the basis of the user's consent to treatment.

RIGHT TO PROVIDE DATA

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, users are free to provide their personal data. Failure to provide them can only make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

 

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Users can exercise certain rights with reference to the Data processed by the Data Controller.

In particular, the User has the right to:

  • be informed about the processing carried out on their Personal Data and possibly receive a copy); right of access of the interested party [art. 15 of the EU Regulation];

  • rectify inaccurate personal data concerning him; right to rectify personal data [art. 16 of the EU Regulation];

The aforementioned rights can be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation:

Pursuant to art. 7 of the EU Regulation, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent carried out prior to the withdrawal.

In no case, the Data Controller carries out treatments on personal data that consist of automated decision-making processes.
